Our finishing process

Sublimating fabrics, or making them more functional, is a delicate process that consists of treating the fabric mechanically, thermally, hydraulically, or by adding primer for a fabric that is always adapted to its intended use.

Soft as peach skin effect

A comforting, downy surface

The mechanical action of grazing the material draws the cotton fibres out from the thread and gives a soft touch similar to the skin of a peach. This velvety feel enhances our sportswear and provides a depth of colour and comfort for a second-skin effect, warming the handfeel and softening the fabric.

Naturally supple

Tousled by the wind for a soft, round and fluid finish

The millwashed finish combines mechanical and hydraulic techniques to give the fabric a finished shape without the need for washing after manufacture. Tumbling fabric in warm air breaks its stiffness, raises the pile of velvets and corduroys, and make our sportswear soft and fluid.

Water-repelling

Staying dry at all times

Water repellent is a finishing method that consists of applying a thin film of hydrophobic agents that repel rain and droplets. This method is ideal for outdoor items.
